Building renovation, with a new roof and the inner soles, complete restoration of the facades and the breakdown of the entire building into ten units with covered and uncovered parking spaces in the basement.

For the entire complex was planned to the study of all external paths, gardens and public areas, as well as an area intended for use playground.
