Construction of residential complex by building two new residential buildings on two floors, each consisting of 8 apartments with garages and cellars in the basement, and the renovation of existing building by dividing it into 4 units. Sewage collection system, water and gas.

For the entire complex was planned to the study of all external paths, gardens and public areas, as well as an area intended for use by public playground.
